In the Age of Amazon, Where Have All the Workers Gone? : The New Yorker

Telling article about the dehumanisation of labour by the large corporations of today. I’m no specific fan of Woodrow Wilson, but it looks like he got one thing right at least: concentrating power in the hands of a few should not be allowed. Corporations should not be allowed to monopolise and consume without accountability, transparency and ultimately checks and balances for the sake of employees, customers and even shareholders.
