This is a sad indictment of the state of the world: the dependence of people on “the system” and the endemic fear that comes with that system failing and likewise, the soulless nature of that system, where money rules as a heartless dictator of policy and decisions.
It’s no surprise that God will judge this system for its inherent iniquity.
